心血管疾病患者运动恐惧评估工具范围综述

Abstract:
目的:对心血管疾病患者运动恐惧评估工具进行范围综述,为心血管疾病患者运动恐惧评估工具的选择提供参考依据。方法:系统检索中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台、PubMed、Web of Science、Cochrane Library等9个中英文数据库,检索时限为建库至2024年3月。结果:共纳入17篇文献,涉及6种心血管疾病患者运动恐惧评估工具。结论:纳入分析的6种心血管疾病患者运动恐惧评估工具均以自评为主,建议使用多维度运动恐惧评估工具,进一步汉化或研制本土化心血管疾病患者运动恐惧评估工具。
Objectiva: To provide a scoping review of exercise fear assessment tools for patients with cardiovascular disease, and to provide a reference basis for the selection of exercise fear assessment tools for patients with cardiovascular disease. Methods: A systematic search was conducted to retrieve 9 Chinese and English databases, including China Knowledge, Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform, PubMed, Web of Science, and Cochrane Library, with a search time limit of March 2024. Two researchers independently screened the literature and extracted and analysed the relevant content. Result: A total of 17 papers were included in the literature on 6 exercise fear assessment tools for patients with cardiovascular disease. Conclusion: The 6 exercise fear assessment tools for patients with cardiovascular disease included in the analysis were all based on self-assessment, and it is recommended that a multidimensional exercise fear assessment tool be used, and that the exercise fear assessment tool for patients with cardiovascular disease is further sinicised or developed locally.
