Abstract:

本文以“解密青春,成长护航”高校青春健康科普工作室为例,从多元共治视角出发,探讨了高校青春健康教育体系的构建与实践。研究分析了当前高校青春健康教育存在的问题,提出了基于多元共治的健康教育体系构建策略,并详细阐述了该工作室的具体运作模式、成果及影响。研究结果表明,通过多元共治,可以有效提升高校青春健康教育质量,促进学生身心健康全面发展。
This paper takes the “Unlocking Youth, Escorting Growth” college youth health popularization studio as an example, and explores the construction and practice of college youth health education system from the perspective of multi-governance. The study analyzes the existing problems in the current college youth health education, puts forward the construction strategy of youth health education system based on multi-governance, and elaborates the specific operation mode, achievements and influence of the studio in detail. The research results show that through multi-governance, the quality of college youth health education can be effectively improved, and students’ physical and mental health can be promoted.
