乡村振兴战略下地方应用型高校创新创业人才培育探究
Exploration of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Talent Cultivation in Local Application-Oriented Universities under the Rural Revitalization Strategy

本文以乡村振兴战略为背景，探讨地方应用型高校在创新创业人才培育方面的现状、挑战及对策。通过文献研究和案例分析，重点剖析地方应用型高校创新创业人才培育的现状及存在的问题，提出加强创新创业人才培育的策略。研究发现，地方应用型高校在创新创业人才培育方面面临课程体系不完善、实践平台不足、师资力量薄弱等挑战。针对这些问题，本文从优化课程体系、加强实践教学、提升师资水平、深化校企合作等方面提出了对策建议，以期为地方应用型高校更好地服务乡村振兴战略提供人才支撑。
This paper explores the current status, challenges, and countermeasures for the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in local applied universities, within the context of the rural revitalization strategy. Through literature review and case analysis, it focuses on dissecting the present situation and existing issues in the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in local applied universities, proposing strategies to strengthen talent cultivation. The study finds that local applied universities face challenges such as an incomplete curriculum system, insufficient practical platforms, and weak faculty strength in cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents. In response to these issues, the paper puts forward suggestions from the perspectives of optimizing the curriculum system, enhancing practical teaching, improving faculty quality, and deepening university-enterprise cooperation, aiming to provide talent support for local applied universities to better serve the rural revitalization strategy.
