Abstract:

在全球化进程中,跨国跨文化经济发展日益频繁,中国企业面临国际化人才短缺的瓶颈,跨国企业国际化人才短缺和来华留学生教育存在困境等问题影响了跨国发展。本文分析地方企业跨国发展现状及国际化人才需求,探讨通过来华留学生教育助力地方企业跨国发展的新型国际化路径,提出了调节教育–人才–企业三方面链接的解决方法与对策。
In the process of globalization, the development of cross-border and cross-cultural economies is becoming increasingly frequent. Chinese enterprises are facing the bottleneck of a shortage of international talents. The shortage of international talents in multinational corporations and the difficulties in the education of international students in China have affected their transnational development. This paper analyzes the current situation of local enterprises’ transnational development and their demand for international talents, explores a new type of internationalization path to assist the transnational development of local enterprises through the education of international students, and proposes solutions and countermeasures to regulate the linkages among education, talents, and enterprises.
