未成年人校园暴力的成因及其防控研究
Research on the Causes and Prevention and Control of Juvenile School Violence

校园暴力具体指的是一切与校园环境有关的其他情境下发生的暴力行为，如教室内外、学校周围、上下学途中等环境。校园暴力会对构建良好的校园环境带来潜在的危险与挑战。近年来，校园暴力事件频频发生，此类事件不仅对受欺学生的身心健康带来了难以预估的伤害，还对社会公共安全形成持续冲击，已然引起了社会各界的高度关注。本文以未成年人为研究对象，从我国的成年人校园暴力问题治理的现状和校园暴力犯罪的新特征入手，分析校园暴力行为的成因，提出完善立法和执法法律制度体系、加强家庭教育并发挥家校合力作用、健全校园安全预防和应对机制三个方面的对策，期望能够切实遏制校园暴力的发生，为未成年人的成长创造和谐的社会氛围与校园环境。
School violence refers to violence that occurs in and around the classroom, around the school, on the way to and from school, and in all other contexts related to the school environment. School violence can bring potential dangers and challenges to building a good school environment. In recent years, school violence has occurred frequently, which not only brings unpredictable harm to the physical and mental health of victims, but also brings challenges to social harmony and stability, thus attracting great attention from all walks of life. This paper takes minors as the research object, starts from the current situation of the governance of school violence among adults in China and the new characteristics of school violence crimes, analyzes the causes of school violence, and puts forward three countermeasures: improving the legal system of legislation and law enforcement, strengthening family education and giving full play to the role of home and school, and improving the prevention and response mechanism of campus safety, hoping to effectively curb school violence and create a harmonious social atmosphere and campus environment for the growth of minors.
