立德树人视域下幼儿园品德启蒙教育的价值意蕴、现实样态与纾解之策

Abstract:
立德树人是推进教育强国建设的战略重点,幼儿园品德启蒙教育是落实立德树人任务的重要基石,是塑造儿童良好道德品质的关键起点,更是为社会培育德才兼备人才的源头保障。然而,当前幼儿园品德启蒙教育仍面临着教育理念陈旧,过度聚焦知识灌输,忽视品德内化;课程内容缺乏系统性,呈现碎片化;教育形式单一化等现实困境。为有效纾解这些困境,幼儿园应从教育理念转变,分层化的品德启蒙教育内容建立,多元化实施路径的创设等三方面入手,切实提升幼儿园品德启蒙教育质量,促进幼儿全面发展,从“娃娃”时期落实立德树人根本任务。
Lifelong learning is the strategic focus of promoting the construction of a strong educational country, and kindergarten character education is an important cornerstone for the implementation of the task of lifelong learning, a key starting point for shaping children’s good moral qualities, and a source of guarantee for cultivating both moral and talented people for the society. However, at present, kindergarten character enlightenment education is still faced with such practical dilemmas as outdated educational concepts, excessive focus on knowledge inculcation and neglect of internalization of character; lack of systematic curriculum content and fragmentation of content; and homogenization of educational forms. In order to effectively solve these dilemmas, kindergartens should start from the change of educational philosophy, the establishment of hierarchical character enlightenment education content, the creation of contextualized implementation paths and other three aspects, to effectively improve the quality of kindergarten character enlightenment, promote the all-round development of young children, and implement the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating human beings in the period of the “baby”.
