《土木工程概论》是土木工程专业的入门课程，对学生全面深入地了解土木工程专业至关重要。随着时代的进步，传统的教学内容及模式需要及时革新以适应土木行业的发展需求。从地方高校《土木工程概论》课程在教学内容、教学方式以及师资等方面存在的关键问题入手，在思政、线上线下、实践、团队、导师以及评价等方面进行了一系列的改革和实践，旨在激发学生对土木工程专业的兴趣以及课程的参与感，并为同类课程提供有益的参考。
Introduction to Civil Engineering is an introductory course for civil engineering majors, which is very important for students to have a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of civil engineering majors. Traditional teaching content and mode should adapt the development needs of the civil engineering industry with the development of the times. Starting from the critical issues present in the teaching content, instructional methods, and faculty of the “Introduction to Civil Engineering” course at local colleges and universities, a series of reforms and practices have been implemented across various domains, including ideological and political education, online and offline initiatives, practical activities, team building, mentorship programs, and evaluation mechanisms. It is designed to foster students’ interest in civil engineering and enhance their sense of participation in the course, while providing valuable references for similar courses.
