Abstract:

加强和改进大学生思想政治教育,提升其思想政治素质,是高校立德树人工作的核心任务。基于大学生群体的心理发展特征,思想政治教育工作者采取实现心理疏导与理论教育的有机融合,在关注学生心理需求的同时强化价值引领;创新思想政治教育载体,构建符合时代特征的教育模式;统筹思想政治教育的个体发展功能与社会教化功能的方法。通过多维度的教育干预,不仅能够促进学生心理的健康发展,更能为其价值观的形成提供正确导向,这对大学生成长成才具有重要的理论和实践意义。
Strengthening and improving ideological and political education for college students to enhance their ideological and political literacy constitutes the central mission of fostering virtue through education in higher institutions. Based on the psychological developmental characteristics of university student cohorts, ideological and political educators should adopt the following approaches: organically integrating psychological counseling with theoretical education to strengthen value guidance while addressing students’ psychological needs; innovating educational platforms to construct teaching models aligned with contemporary characteristics; and coordinating the individual developmental function with the social pedagogical function of ideological and political education. Through multidimensional educational interventions, this approach not only promotes students’ psychological well-being but also provides proper orientation for their value formation, holding significant theoretical and practical implications for students’ holistic development.
