Abstract:

目的:探索联合Seminar模式的翻转课堂模式在健康服务与管理技能课中的应用。方法:选取四川省某高校健康服务与管理本科生为研究对象,课程内容选取运动评估与干预,将学生随机分为对照组(39名,采用传统教学模式)和试验组(40名,采用Seminar模式的翻转课堂教学模式)进行教学,以学生对两种教学模式的课程测试成绩、学生满意度进行教学效果评估。结果:联合Seminar模式的翻转课堂相较传统教学模式更有利于提高学生的课程测试成绩(P < 0.001),且学生对团队Seminar模式的翻转课堂模式在促进学生自主学习知识和技能、锻炼沟通表达能力、增强团队协作精神、帮助内化知识及提高实际应用能力、建构健康管理思维、提高人文关怀素养方面具有更高的满意度(P < 0.01)。结论:联合Seminar模式的翻转课堂在健康服务与管理技能课中应用效果较好,能提升学生健康服务与管理基本技能和综合素质。
Objective: To explore the application of a flipped classroom model integrated with a seminar-based approach in the skills courses of Health Service and Management. Methods: Undergraduate students majoring in Health Service and Management at a university in Sichuan Province were selected as the study participants. The course content focused on exercise assessment and intervention. Students were randomly divided into a control group (n = 39, traditional teaching model) and an experimental group (n = 40, seminar-integrated flipped classroom model). Teaching effectiveness was evaluated based on course test scores and student satisfaction with the two teaching models. Results: The seminar-integrated flipped classroom model significantly improved students’ test scores compared to the traditional teaching model (P < 0.001). Additionally, students reported higher satisfaction with the seminar-integrated flipped classroom in promoting autonomous learning of knowledge and skills, enhancing communication and expression abilities, fostering teamwork spirit, facilitating knowledge internalization and practical application, constructing health management thinking, and enhancing humanistic care competency (P < 0.01). Conclusion: The seminar-integrated flipped classroom demonstrates favorable outcomes in skills courses for Health Service and Management, effectively enhancing students’ foundational skills and comprehensive competencies in health service and management.
