随着民办高等教育的快速发展，如何实现党建与业务工作的深度融合，推动民办高校高质量党建引领事业高质量发展成为重要课题。本文通过对民办高校党建与事业发展现状的分析，阐述了“一融双高”的内涵与意义，结合辽宁理工学院实践案例探讨了推进“一融双高”的路径与策略，旨在为提升民办高校党建工作水平和事业发展质量提供有益参考。
With the rapid development of private higher education, how to realize the deep integration of party building and business work, and promote the high-quality party building of private colleges and universities to lead the high-quality development of the cause has become an important topic. Through the analysis of the current situation of party building and career development in private universities, this paper expounds the connotation and significance of “one integration and two highs”, and discusses the path and strategy of promoting “one integration and two highs” in combination with the practical case of Liaoning University of Technology, aiming to provide a useful reference for improving the level of party building work and the quality of career development in private universities.
