广西多元主体参与城市社区治理对策研究
A Study on the Countermeasures of Multiple Subjects Participating in Urban Community Governance in Guangxi

多元化公共管理主体能够提升管理效率，当多种社会力量参与到社区治理中时，有利于引入更多元化的思路和方法，从而不断提高公共服务的质量和效率。本文以多元主体参与治理满意度为视角，通过混合研究方法对城市社区开展实证分析，剖析出社区多元一体建设过程中存在的影响因素并深入剖析其原因，提出通过机制优化、主体赋能与文化共识凝聚相结合的协同治理实践路径。
Dversified public management subjects can improve management efficiency, when a variety of social forces participate in community governance, it is conducive to the introduction of more diversified ideas and methods, so as to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of public services. From the perspective of multiple subjects’ participation in governance satisfaction, this paper makes an empirical analysis of urban communities through mixed research methods, analyzes the influencing factors and causes in the process of community pluralistic integration construction, and puts forward a collaborative governance practice path through the combination of mechanism optimization, subject empowerment and cultural consensus cohesion.
