随着互联网尤其是自媒体的兴起和深入发展，网络暴力现象受到了大众的广泛关注。网络暴力具有暴力现象的普遍性和多样性、暴力行为的组织性和引导性、暴力伤害的宽泛性和持久性的特点，因而在治理过程中也面临着诸多困境。自媒体时代下，治理网络暴力需要标本兼治、多方协同。只有政府、自媒体平台、主流媒体、广大网民的共同努力，才能营造健康、良好、清朗的网络生态环境。
With the rise and in-depth development of the Internet, especially self-media, the phenomenon of online violence has received widespread attention from the public. Online violence is characterized by the prevalence and diversity of violent phenomena, the organization and guidance of violent behaviors, and the breadth and persistence of violent injuries, so it also faces many difficulties in the process of governance. In the era of self-media, tackling online violence requires both the symptoms and the root causes, and multi-party coordination. Only with the joint efforts of the government, self-media platforms, mainstream media, and the vast number of netizens can we create a healthy, good, and clear online ecological environment.
