翟竹亭治疗疮疡用药经验总结
Summary of Medication Experience of Zhai Zhuting in Treating Sores

目的：通过数据分析总结翟氏治疗疮疡的用药经验。方法：收集翟氏于《湖岳村叟医案》疮疡门中记载的内服处方与使用药物并建立相应数据库。运用中医传承计算平台(V3.5)分析其药物的性味归经及功效，通过类聚分析、关联分析总结用药经验。结果：疮疡门共二十七案，筛选出符合条件的方剂20首，药物59种，使用频次 ≥ 12的药物从高到低为当归、金银花、乳香、党参、茯苓、连翘、白术，类别以补虚药，清热药，活血化瘀药为主，味以甘苦辛居多，主要归脾心肝肺经。结论：翟氏对疮疡问题，擅长使用托补法治疗，反对但见疮疡则行清热解毒，消肿散结之法。
Aim: Summarize Zhai’s medication experience in treating sores through data analysis. Method: Collect the oral prescriptions and medications recorded by Zhai Zhuting in the “Sores Medical Cases” and establish a database. Utilize the TCMICP (V3.5) to analyze the meridian regulating effects of its herbs and the four qi were carried out, summarize medication experience through cluster analysis and correlation analysis. Results: There were twenty-seven cases in the treating Sores, and 20 formulas and 59 kinds of medicines were screened out. The medicines with a frequency of use ≥ 12, from high to low, were Angelica sinensis, honeysuckle, frankincense, Radix et Rhizoma Ginseng, Poria, Forsythia, Atractylodes Macrocephala, and the categories of these medicines were mainly those for tonifying the deficiency, clearing away heat and accelerating the blood circulation and destructing the blood stasis, and their flavors were mainly those for sweetness, bitterness and acridness, and mainly attributed to the meridians of the spleen, heart, liver, and lung. Conclusion: Zhai was good at treating sores and ulcers with the method of tonic, but opposed to the method of clearing heat and removing toxins and eliminating swellings and knots when sores and ulcers were seen.
