新一代信息技术驱动下常州市农业信息化的发展与对策研究
Research on the Development and Countermeasures of Agricultural Informatization in Changzhou Driven by New Generation Information Technology

农业信息化对提升农业生产效率、优化资源配置和推动农业现代化具有重要作用。本文在对常州市农业信息化现状进行调研的基础上，总结了常州市在农业信息化建设方面的进展和成果，评估了当前发展水平，并深入分析了存在的主要问题和挑战。研究发现，常州市农业信息化虽已初具基础，但仍受资金短缺、政策支持不足、系统兼容性差、技术培训与推广不完善等因素的制约。针对这些问题，本文提出了相应的对策建议，包括加强政策扶持与财政投入、推动数据标准化建设、促进信息平台整合、完善教育培训体系等，以期进一步提升常州市农业信息化水平，并为其他地区提供可借鉴的发展模式。
Agricultural informatization plays a crucial role in improving agricultural productivity, optimizing resource allocation, and promoting agricultural modernization. Based on an investigation into the current state of agricultural informatization in Changzhou, this study summarizes the city’s progress and achievements in this field, evaluates the current development level, and analyzes the key challenges and issues. The findings indicate that while Changzhou has established a foundational agricultural informatization framework, its development is still constrained by factors such as insufficient funding, inadequate policy support, poor system compatibility, and limited technical training and promotion. To address these challenges, this study proposes targeted strategies, including enhancing policy support and financial investment, promoting data standardization, integrating information platforms, and improving the education and training system. These recommendations aim to further advance agricultural informatization in Changzhou and provide a reference development model for other regions.
