Abstract:

劳动教育作为幼儿全面发展的重要组成部分,对培养幼儿的劳动意识、劳动技能和劳动习惯具有不可替代的作用。以生态系统理论为支撑点,以系统和整体的思维重新审视劳动对幼儿成长的重要性,可以帮助幼儿园建构一个全新的劳动教育生态系统,更好地促进“家–园–社”的协同共生。就幼儿园劳动教育课程资源体系的建构来说,幼儿园应在生态系统理论的指导下,坚持“做中学”与“做中教”的理念,深度剖析环境影响所具备的系统性和多维度互动特性,把幼儿的现实发展需求当作根本起始点,构建与幼儿发展需求相符的劳动课程体系,带动幼儿、教师、家庭、社会等不同实践主体相互协作,全力打造一个覆盖全面、层次丰富的劳动教育支持环境。
Labor education, as an important part of children’s comprehensive development, plays an irreplaceable role in fostering children’s awareness, skills, and habits of labor. Supported by ecological system theory and adopting a systematic and holistic perspective, re-examining the importance of labor for children’s growth can help kindergartens build a new labor education ecosystem, better promoting the synergistic coexistence of “family-school-society”. Regarding the construction of the kindergarten labor education curriculum resource system, kindergartens should adhere to the concept of “learning by doing” and “teaching by doing” under the guidance of ecological system theory, deeply analyze the systemic and multi-dimensional interactive characteristics of environmental influences, take children’s real developmental needs as the fundamental starting point, construct a labor curriculum system that aligns with children’s developmental needs, and promote mutual collaboration among different practical entities such as children, teachers, families, and society, to create a comprehensive and richly layered labor education support environment.
