基于BOPPPS教学模型的商务英语专业《国际商法导论》课程教学改革实证研究

Abstract:
随着全球化进程的加速,商务英语专业人才培养需注重跨学科融合,以提升学生在国际商事活动中的法律素养。《国际商法导论》作为该专业的重要课程,面临学生法律基础薄弱、师资力量受限、课堂互动不均衡、考核方式单一及实践教学资源不足等挑战。本文基于BOPPPS教学模型,从课程体系优化、师资培训、课堂互动、考核方式改革及实践教学资源拓展等方面提出改进措施。研究表明,BOPPPS模型的有效应用能够增强学生的法律知识理解、法律英语运用能力及国际商事实践能力,调动学生的学习积极性,促进课程目标的达成,为跨学科商务英语人才培养提供有力支持。
With the acceleration of globalization, the cultivation of business English professionals needs to focus on interdisciplinary integration to enhance students’ legal literacy in international business activities. “Introduction to International Business Law”, as an important course in this major, faces challenges such as weak legal foundation for students, limited teaching resources, uneven classroom interaction, single assessment methods, and insufficient practical teaching resources. This article proposes improvement measures based on the BOPPPS teaching model, including optimizing the curriculum system, teacher training, classroom interaction, reforming assessment methods, and expanding practical teaching resources. Research has shown that the effective application of the BOPPPS model can enhance students’ understanding of legal knowledge, ability to apply legal English, and international business practice, mobilize their learning enthusiasm, promote the achievement of course objectives, and provide strong support for the cultivation of interdisciplinary business English talents.
