Abstract:

本文探讨了团体心理辅导技术在高职院校主题班会中的应用路径及其效果。通过理论分析研究发现,团体心理辅导能够以学生为中心,通过互动体验、安全氛围和双重教育效果,有效提升主题班会的参与度与实效性。结合团体动力学、社会学习理论及体验式学习模型,提出分阶段主题设计、四阶段实施流程及领导者角色转型等实践路径,并针对专业能力不足、课时限制等实施障碍,建议通过协作机制与模块化资源开发加以优化。研究为高职院校心理健康教育与德育融合提供了理论支持与实践参考。
This paper explores the application path and effects of group psychological counseling techniques in theme class meetings at higher vocational colleges. Through theoretical analysis, the study finds that group psychological counseling, centered on students, enhances the participation and effectiveness of theme class meetings through interactive experiences, a safe atmosphere, and dual educational effects. Based on group dynamics, social learning theory, and experiential learning models, practical approaches such as phased theme design, a four-stage implementation process, and leadership role transformation are proposed. To address implementation barriers like insufficient professional capabilities and rigid scheduling, collaborative mechanisms and modular resource development are recommended. The study provides theoretical and practical insights for integrating mental health education and moral education in higher vocational colleges.
