延迟退休背景下员工职业生涯规划与发展的挑战与机遇

Abstract:
本文深入探讨了延迟退休政策对员工职业生涯规划与发展的影响,分析了该政策背景下员工面临的诸多挑战与新兴机遇。研究发现,延迟退休不仅延长了员工的职业发展路径,增加了技能更新的压力,还加剧了工作与生活平衡的难度以及代际竞争的复杂性。然而,与此同时,它也带来了职业发展机会的增多、终身学习意识的增强、跨代合作潜力的提升以及退休前转型的机遇。基于此,本文从员工、企业和社会三个层面提出了应对策略,旨在为延迟退休背景下员工的职业生涯可持续发展提供理论依据和实践指导。
This paper delves into the impact of the delayed retirement policy on employees’ career planning and development, analyzing the various challenges and emerging opportunities employees face under this policy. The study finds that delayed retirement not only extends employees’ career paths and increases the pressure for skill renewal, but also exacerbates the difficulty of work-life balance and the complexity of intergenerational competition. However, at the same time, it also brings about increased career development opportunities, enhanced awareness of lifelong learning, greater potential for intergenerational collaboration, and opportunities for pre-retirement career transitions. Based on these findings, this paper proposes coping strategies from the perspectives of employees, enterprises, and society, aiming to provide theoretical foundations and practical guidance for the sustainable career development of employees in the context of delayed retirement.
