Abstract:

当前,就业市场竞争日益激烈,产业结构升级对人才需求提出更高要求,传统的职业生涯规划课程已难以满足学生个性化职业发展需求。就业导向的教育理念强调以市场需求为核心,注重培养学生的就业能力。本文以职业生涯规划课程教学改革理论基础为切入点,提出重构课程目标、推行“双导师制”、整合校内外资源、强化师资队伍建设以及引入跨文化职业指导的时间策略,旨在为课程改革提供新的方向。
At present, the competition in the job market is increasingly fierce, and the upgrading of industrial structure puts forward higher requirements for the demand for talents. The traditional career planning courses are difficult to meet the needs of students’ personalized career development. The employment-oriented education concept emphasizes the market demand as the core and the cultivation of students’ employability. Based on the theoretical basis of the teaching reform of career planning curriculum as the starting point, this paper puts forward the time strategy of reconstructing the curriculum objectives, implementing the “double tutorial system”, integrating the resources inside and outside the school, strengthening the construction of teaching staff and introducing cross-cultural career guidance, aiming to provide a new direction for the curriculum reform.
