Abstract:

青少年攻击行为是当今社会亟待解决的重要问题,其影响广泛且深远,不仅危害攻击者和受害者的身心健康,还可能引发诸多社会问题。文章在梳理前人研究成果的基础上,深入剖析青少年攻击行为的成因,并探索有效的干预策略。攻击行为包括身体攻击、言语攻击和关系攻击等类型。其形成受家庭、学校、社会和个人多方面因素影响,如不良家庭教养方式、校园不良环境、社会暴力文化、个体冲动性及认知偏差等。针对这些成因,提出青少年攻击行为的治理需整合家庭、学校和社会的多方资源,构建系统性的预防与干预体系,旨在降低青少年攻击行为发生率,促进其健康成长,为构建全方位干预体系提供理论与实践支持。
Adolescent aggressive behavior is a pressing social issue with far-reaching consequences, affecting not only the physical and mental well-being of both perpetrators and victims but also contributing to broader societal problems. Based on a review of previous research, this study provides an in-depth analysis of the causes of adolescent aggressive behavior and explores effective intervention strategies. Aggressive behavior manifests in various forms, including physical aggression, verbal aggression, and relational aggression. Its development is influenced by multiple factors, including adverse parenting styles, unfavorable school environments, violent social cultures, individual impulsivity, and cognitive biases. In response to these contributing factors, this study proposes that addressing adolescent aggressive behavior requires an integrated approach that mobilizes resources from families, schools, and society to establish a systematic prevention and intervention framework. The ultimate goal is to reduce the incidence of adolescent aggression, promote healthy development, and provide theoretical and practical support for a comprehensive intervention system.
