中医外治法在尿毒症不安腿综合征中的应用进展
|
Abstract:
尿毒症不安腿综合征作为终末期肾病常见并发症，严重影响血液透析患者的生存质量。本文聚焦中医外治法在尿毒症不安腿综合征的应用，将中医外治法的应用进行综述。中医外治法分别从灸法、穴位贴敷、穴位按摩、穴位注射、中药足浴及其他中医外治法进行介绍，旨在为尿毒症不安腿综合征的临床治疗及中医护理提供参考依据。
Uremic restless leg syndrome (URLS), as a common complication of end-stage renal disease, severely affects the quality of life of hemodialysis patients. This paper focuses on the application of external treatments of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in uremic restless legs syndrome and provides a review of the application of external treatments of TCM. The external treatments of TCM are introduced respectively from moxibustion, acupoint application, acupoint massage, acupoint injection, Chinese herbal foot bath and other external treatments of TCM, aiming to provide a reference basis for the clinical treatment and TCM nursing of uremic restless legs syndrome.
