Strategies for Enhancing the Well-Being of the “Silver” Population—A Perspective on the Digital Divide among the Elderly

降低“银发”群体数字鸿沟是创造幸福晚年、建设和谐社会和共享发展成果的重要环节。本文以数字化发展背景下杭州市“银发”群体数字鸿沟现状为主题，通过实地调查、问卷和访谈等形式，基于回收的457份有效调查问卷，借助描述性分析，初步了解杭州市“银发”数字鸿沟现状，探究杭州市老年人口对个人数字技能的认知，为弥合数字鸿沟提供参考。
Reducing the digital divide among the “silver” population is a crucial step toward ensuring a happy later life, building a harmonious society, and sharing the benefits of development. This study examines the current state of the digital divide among the elderly in Hangzhou within the context of digitalization. Through field investigations, questionnaires, and interviews, 457 valid survey responses were collected. Using descriptive analysis, this study provides preliminary insights into the digital divide among the elderly in Hangzhou and explores their perceptions of personal digital skills, offering references for bridging the digital divide.
