广西民办高校大学生生涯希望的现状研究
Research on the Current Situation of Career Hopes of College Students in Private Higher Education Institutions in Guangxi

本研究采用生涯希望量表对广西民办高校1328名大学生进行施测，结果显示：广西民办高校大学生的生涯希望总体处于中等偏上水平；在生涯希望的积极期待、目标设定维度上，男生得分显著高于女生；在生涯希望的目标设定维度上，理工科大学生得分显著高于文科大学生；在生涯希望的积极期待、目标设定维度上，来自城市的大学生得分显著高于来自乡镇、农村的大学生；生涯希望与专业承诺、专业满意度呈显著正相关。
The present research administered a career hope scale to 1328 college students in private higher education institutions in Guangxi, and the results showed that the overall level of career hope among college students in Guangxi private higher education institutions was moderately high; in terms of positive expectations and goal setting in career hope, male students were significantly higher than female students; in terms of goal setting in career hope, science and engineering college students scored significantly higher than liberal arts college students; in terms of positive expectations and goal in career hope, college students from cities scored significantly higher than those from towns and rural areas; career hope was significantly positively correlated with professional commitment and professional satisfaction.
