Research on the Evaluation System of Economic and Social Benefits of Agricultural Meteorological Services

气象服务渗透到国民经济建设的方方面面，在农业农村经济发展、防灾减灾、应对气候变化等方面发挥着重要作用。但长期以来，气象服务的经济社会效益量化评估一直是气象部门研究的难题。本文将结合统计学、经济学、管理学以及大气科学等学科方法，构建一套能对农业气象服务经济社会效益进行客观公正的评价体系，有助于进一步激发各级部门对于气象服务乃至气象系统的重视，对于气象事业的发展具有积极作用。
Meteorological services permeate all aspects of national economic development, playing a significant role in the growth of agricultural and rural economies, disaster prevention and mitigation, and addressing climate change. However, the quantitative assessment of the economic and social benefits of meteorological services has long been a challenge for meteorological departments. This paper integrates methods from statistics, economics, management, and atmospheric sciences to construct a fair and objective evaluation system for assessing the economic and social benefits of agricultural meteorological services. This system will help further motivate departments at all levels to prioritize meteorological services and systems, contributing positively to the advancement of meteorological endeavors.
