Abstract:

在新课程改革持续推进的过程中,于初中英语教学活动开展时渗透跨文化交际,对提升学生的语言运用能力意义重大。在此背景下,跨文化交际应如何融入教学活动,一直是初中英语教师关注的焦点。本文探讨了跨文化交际在初中英语教学中渗透与融合的三大意义:促进学生语言学习的深化、培养学生的文化意识、提升学生的综合素质。提出在词汇教学中借助文化背景引入、对比联想拓展以及多媒体资源辅助,让词汇学习摆脱枯燥,焕发生机;在阅读教学中通过优化教材挖掘元素、模拟交际情境等具体措施渗透、融合跨文化交际,进而有力地提高学生的英语交际能力,促进学生英语综合素养的发展。
As the new curriculum reform continues to advance, integrating cross-cultural communication into junior high school English teaching activities holds great significance for enhancing students’ language proficiency. Against this backdrop, how to seamlessly integrate cross-cultural communication into teaching activities has been a focal point for junior high school English teachers. This paper delves into three primary significances of permeating and fusing cross-cultural communication in junior high school English teaching: fostering deeper language learning among students, cultivating their cultural awareness, and elevating their overall qualities. It proposes specific strategies such as introducing cultural backgrounds, employing comparative association and expansion, and utilizing multimedia resources to rejuvenate vocabulary learning and make it less tedious. Furthermore, in reading instruction, the paper advocates for measures including optimizing textbooks to explore relevant elements and simulating communicative scenarios to permeate and integrate cross-cultural communication, thereby effectively enhancing students’ English communicative competence and fostering the development of their comprehensive English literacy.
