Abstract:

在传统双主体关系及教育模式影响下,师生之间普遍存在沟通意愿不强、沟通对象偏重、内容单一且侧重训责等问题。本文依托正面管教理念,力求扭转“以师为重”“师道尊严”的传统师生伦理观,以尊重平等作为构建师生关系的逻辑基础,积极倡导鼓励式沟通、关注问题解决及真实表达情感等交流方式。着重探究纠正前先连接、鼓励的三种句式、启发式提问、反射式倾听等师生沟通新方法,力促教育朝向更加人性化、科学化方向迈进。
Under the influence of the traditional two-subject relationship and education model, there are many problems between teachers and students, such as lack of willingness to communicate, emphasis on the object of communication, single content and emphasis on discipline. Based on the concept of positive discipline, this paper strives to reverse the traditional ethics of teachers and students of “valuing teachers first” and “teaching dignity”, takes respect and equality as the logical basis for building teacher-student relationship, and actively advocates communication methods such as encouraging communication, concern about problem solving and true expression of emotions. It focuses on exploring new methods of communication between teachers and students, such as connecting before correcting, encouraging three sentence patterns, heuristic questioning, reflective listening, etc., to promote education towards a more humane and scientific direction.
