“以读促写”在初中生英语写作中的实践研究

Abstract:
阅读和写作是英语语言学习的重要过程,而“以读促写”的教学模式以阅读作为基础,学生通过阅读将其获得的语言知识以及把握文章结构、构建思维导图的能力运用到写作中,从而提升写作技能。本研究以初二学生为研究对象,采用实验法和访谈法探究“以读促写”教学模式对提高初中英写作水平的可行性和有效性。研究结果显示“以读促写”的教学模式能明显提高学生的英语写作水平,学生的写作态度也有积极的变化。
Reading and writing constitute integral processes in English language acquisition. The “reading to promote writing” pedagogical approach establishes reading as its foundation, enabling students to transfer acquired linguistic knowledge, discourse structure analysis skills, and mind-mapping competencies into their writing practices, thereby enhancing writing proficiency. This study investigates the feasibility and effectiveness of the reading to promote writing approach in improving junior high school students’ English composition skills through a quasi-experimental design and semi-structured interviews targeting eighth-grade learners. Results demonstrate that this approach significantly enhances students’ writing performance and fosters a positive shift in their attitudes toward writing tasks.
