生成式人工智能对于高校教师胜任力影响研究
A Study on the Impact of Generative Artificial Intelligence on the Competence of University Teachers

本文研究探讨了生成式人工智能(人工智能)对高校教师胜任力的影响。通过文献综述和实证研究，分析了生成式人工智能在高等教育中的应用现状及其对教师角色和职责的潜在影响。研究构建了高校教师胜任力量表，并提出相关假设。采用问卷调查和数据分析方法，验证了生成式人工智能对教师专业知识、教学能力、科研能力、技术应用能力和职业发展能力的影响。研究结果表明，生成式人工智能对高校教师胜任力既带来机遇也构成挑战。基于研究结果，提出了高校教师应对生成式人工智能影响的策略建议，为高等教育机构制定相关政策提供了参考。
This research paper examines the impact of generative artificial intelligence on teacher competence in higher education. Through literature review and empirical research, the current status of generative AI application in higher education and its potential impact on teachers’ roles and responsibilities are analysed. The study constructed a teacher competency scale for higher education teachers and proposed relevant hypotheses. Questionnaire survey and data analysis methods were used to verify the impact of generative AI on teachers’ professional knowledge, teaching ability, research ability, technology application ability and career development ability. The results of the study show that generative AI poses both opportunities and challenges to college teachers’ competence. Based on the results of the study, strategic recommendations for university teachers to cope with the impact of generative AI are proposed, which provide a reference for higher education institutions to formulate relevant policies.
