Abstract:

本文聚焦课程思政视角下《公共部门人力资源管理》课程教学设计,探讨如何将思政元素融入课程教学。通过明确“知识–能力–素养”三维目标体系,采用情境沉浸式教学、主题研讨等方法将课程思政融入专业能力培养中,提出“五位一体”的教学实施框架:立足现实难题,深挖思政元素、引入典型案例,彰显思政价值、开展小组项目,培养协作担当、深化实践调研,搭建知行桥梁、整合多元资源,拓宽思政视野。最后,构建过程性评价与思政导向结合的考核体系,以期培养兼具专业素养与良好品德的公共部门人力资源管理人才。
This paper focuses on the teaching design of the course “Public Sector Human Resource Management” from the perspective of integrating ideological and political education. It explores how to incorporate ideological and political elements into the course teaching. By clarifying a three-dimensional goal system of “knowledge-ability-quality”, and employing methods such as situational immersive teaching and thematic discussions, the paper integrates course-thought politics into the cultivation of professional abilities. It proposes a “five-in-one” teaching implementation framework: grounding in real-world challenges to deeply explore ideological and political elements; introducing typical cases to highlight the value of ideological and political education; conducting group projects to foster collaboration and responsibility; deepening practical research to build a bridge between knowledge and action; and integrating diverse resources to broaden the horizons of ideological and political education. Finally, it constructs an assessment system that combines process-oriented evaluation with ideological and political orientation, with the aim of cultivating professionals in human resource management in the public sector who possess both professional competence and good moral character.
