生成AI在行政法律实务课程思政教学改革中的应用研究

Abstract:
本研究聚焦于生成AI在行政法律实务课程思政教学改革中的应用。在阐述研究背景与意义、梳理国内外研究现状基础上,采用文献研究、案例分析及问卷调查法展开探究。生成AI与课程思政教学改革需求高度契合,在内容生成、教学互动及资源整合等方面展现优势,但也面临内容准确性、价值观引导、教师技术掌握及学生过度依赖等挑战。通过优化教学内容设计、创新教学方法与模式、提升教师能力与素养、完善教学评价体系等策略,有望推动行政法律实务课程思政教学改革,提升教学质量,培养德法兼修人才。
This study focuses on the application of generative AI in the reform of ideological and political education in administrative legal practice courses. On the basis of elaborating on the research background and significance, and summarizing the current research status at home and abroad, this study adopts literature research, case analysis, and questionnaire survey methods to explore. The generation of AI is highly compatible with the needs of ideological and political education reform in the curriculum, demonstrating advantages in content generation, teaching interaction, and resource integration. However, it also faces challenges such as content accuracy, value guidance, teacher technical mastery, and excessive student dependence. By optimizing the design of teaching content, innovating teaching methods and models, enhancing teachers’ abilities and qualities, and improving the teaching evaluation system, it is expected to promote the reform of ideological and political education in administrative legal practice courses, improve teaching quality, and cultivate talents who are proficient in both morality and law.
