中医药赋能沈阳市乡村振兴的路径探析

中医药是推动乡村振兴的重要资源。当前，中医药在赋能沈阳市乡村振兴过程中成效初显，但也存在中药材种植业结构单一分散、中医药产品服务供需失衡、中医药资源配置失衡、中医药宣传力度尚待加强等问题。因此，从产业、人才、文化、生态、组织角度探索提出发展中医药医养产业、夯实中医药人才队伍建设、提升中医药文化宣传实效、推进中药材种植提质增效、坚持基层组织引领中医药发展等路径对于沈阳市乡村振兴具有现实意义。
Traditional Chinese medicine is an important resource to promote rural revitalization. At present, traditional Chinese medicine has begun to show results in the process of empowering rural revitalization in Shenyang, but there are also problems such as the single and scattered structure of traditional Chinese medicine planting, the imbalance between supply and demand of traditional Chinese medicine products and services, the imbalance in the allocation of traditional Chinese medicine resources, and the need to strengthen the publicity of traditional Chinese medicine. Therefore, from the perspectives of industry, talent, culture, ecology and organization, it is of practical significance for the rural revitalization of Shenyang City to explore and propose the development of traditional Chinese medicine medical care industry, consolidate the construction of traditional Chinese medicine talent team, improve the effectiveness of traditional Chinese medicine culture publicity, promote the planting of traditional Chinese medicine to improve quality and efficiency, and adhere to the grassroots organizations to lead the development of traditional Chinese medicine.
