大学生视角下法学专业人文精神培养路径研究——以法律电影为例
Research on Cultivating Path of Humanistic Spirit of Law Major from the Perspective of College Students—Taking Legal Movies as an Example

立足于大学生视角，借由法律电影切入研究法学专业人文精神培养路径。首先，通过对我国法律电影的类型化剖析，展示其对于人文精神的艺术诠释效果，进而深入剖析人文精神的内涵本质，揭示当代法学教育体系下，人文精神对培养具有道德良心的法律人才的关键作用。同时，借由与美国法律电影中所呈现的人文精神差异强烈对比，深刻反思我国传统法学教育体系中人文精神缺失的问题及成因。最后，探讨将法律电影融入法学教育的实践路径，应合理选用法律电影素材，并辅之以多样化教学手段，促进法学教育改革进程当中的高素质法治人才的深化培养，以期实现法学教育与人文精神协同发展的磅礴愿景。
Based on the perspective of college students, this paper cuts into the cultivation path of humanistic spirit of law major through legal film. First, through the typification analysis of the law film of our country, it demonstrates its artistic interpretation effect in the humanistic spirit, then deeply analyzes the connotation and essence of the humanistic spirit, and reveals the key role of the humanistic spirit in training legal talents with moral conscience under the contemporary law education system. At the same time, by contrasting with the difference of humanistic spirit in American law movies, this paper deeply reflects on the problems and causes of the lack of humanistic spirit in China’s traditional legal education system. Finally, the paper discusses the practical path of integrating legal film into legal education, and should reasonably select legal film materials, supplemented by diversified teaching methods, to promote the deepening training of high-quality legal talents in the process of legal education reform, in order to achieve the majestic vision of the collaborative development of legal education and humanistic spirit.
