基于全面质量管理理论的地方高校大学生创业教育质量保障研究
Research on Quality Assurance of Entrepreneurship Education for Local College Students Based on Total Quality Management Theory

在创新驱动发展战略背景下，地方高校大学生创业教育成为推动区域经济转型升级的重要力量。然而，创业教育质量参差不齐，制约了其效能的充分发挥。本文引入全面质量管理理论(TQM)，探讨其在地方高校大学生创业教育质量保障中的应用，旨在构建一套科学、系统的质量保障体系，以提升创业教育的有效性和针对性。通过分析现状及问题、问题成因，结合全面质量管理的核心理念，提出构建质量保障体系的具体步骤与策略，以期为我国地方高校创业教育的质量提升提供参考。
In the context of the strategy of innovation-driven development, the entrepreneurship education for college students in local universities has become an important force to promote the transformation and upgrading of regional economy. However, the quality of entrepreneurship education varies greatly, which restricts the full play of its effectiveness. This paper introduces the theory of total quality management (TQM) and discusses its application in the quality assurance of college students’ entrepreneurship education in local universities. The aim is to build a scientific and systematic quality assurance system to enhance the effectiveness and targetedness of entrepreneurship education. By analyzing the current situation and problems, the causes of the problems, and combining the core concepts of total quality management, this paper puts forward specific steps and strategies for building a quality assurance system, with the aim of providing reference for the quality improvement of entrepreneurship education in local universities in China.
