区域经济发展与大学生就业创业关联性研究
Research on the Correlation between Regional Economic Development and College Students’ Employment and Entrepreneurship

本研究探讨区域经济发展与大学生就业创业的关联性，通过构建区域经济指标体系和大学生就业创业评价模型，分析两者之间的互动机制。研究发现，区域产业结构、创新环境、政策支持等因素显著影响大学生就业创业质量，而高素质人才的集聚又反哺区域经济发展。基于理论分析结果，本文提出促进区域经济与人才发展良性循环的政策建议，为优化人才资源配置提供决策参考。
This study explores the correlation between regional economic development and college students’ employment and entrepreneurship. By constructing a regional economic indicator system and an evaluation model for college students’ employment and entrepreneurship, the interaction mechanism between the two is analyzed. Research has found that factors such as regional industrial structure, innovation environment, and policy support significantly affect the quality of employment and entrepreneurship for college students, while the agglomeration of high-quality talents in turn nurtures regional economic development. Based on theoretical analysis results, this article proposes policy recommendations to promote a virtuous cycle of regional economic and talent development, providing decision-making references for optimizing talent resource allocation.
