幼儿园普惠托育服务高质量发展的困境与路径——以深圳市S园为例

Abstract:

推动普惠性托育服务的发展是我国生育政策的重要支撑举措,也是“幼有所育”的必经之路。幼儿园是发展普惠性托育服务的重要力量之一,以深圳市南山区S园为研究对象,采用观察法、访谈法对园长、教师、家长三大群体进行深入调查,发现该园在师资、供给、内容等方面面临困境,分析其困境,建议幼儿园在充实师资力量,强化托育教师的培训和指导、增加托育服务有效供给,满足家长托育需求、设置适宜托育环境和内容,提升幼儿园托育服务质量三方面统筹规划,为幼儿园普惠托育服务高质量发展提出合理的实践路径。
Promoting the development of affordable childcare services is an important support measure for China’s fertility policy and a necessary path for “having children at a young age”. Kindergartens are one of the important forces in developing affordable childcare services. This article takes S Kindergarten in Nanshan District, Shenzhen as the research object, and uses observation and interview methods to conduct in-depth investigations on the three major groups of principals, teachers, and parents. It is found that the kindergarten faces difficulties in terms of teacher resources, supply, and content. The difficulties are analyzed, and practical paths to optimize the high-quality development of affordable childcare services in kindergartens are proposed, including: enriching the teaching staff, strengthening the training and guidance of childcare teachers, increasing the effective supply of childcare services, meeting the childcare needs of parents, setting suitable childcare environments and content, and improving the quality of childcare services in kindergartens.
