Abstract:

气质类型作为个体心理差异的核心维度,深刻塑造人际互动中的言语策略选择,而言语策略的选择与关系管理息息相关。本文基于语用学与关系管理理论的双重视角,通过跨学科研究方法构建分析框架,提出“气质–话语–关系”三元互动理论模型,探讨不同气质类型个体如何通过言语策略实现关系目标。研究结果显示:外倾型气质更频繁使用强势的直接性言语策略,如明确请求,可以快速达成目标,但容易造成关系紧张;内倾型气质更倾向使用委婉的间接性言语策略,如模糊表达以避免冲突,但容易牺牲沟通效率,长期下来不便于增强关系亲密度。
Temperament types, as a core dimension of individual psychological differences, profoundly shape the selection of verbal strategies in interpersonal interactions, which is closely linked to relational management. This study adopts dual perspectives from pragmatics and relational management theory, constructing an analytical framework through interdisciplinary research methods. A “temperament-discourse-relationship” triadic interaction model is proposed to explore how individuals with different temperaments employ verbal strategies to achieve relational goals. The findings reveal that extroverted individuals tend to use assertive and direct verbal strategies (e.g., explicit requests) more frequently, enabling rapid goal attainment but potentially causing relational tension. In contrast, introverted individuals prefer implicit and indirect verbal strategies (e.g., vague expressions) to avoid conflict, though this may compromise communication efficiency and hinder long-term relational intimacy.
