中医治疗2型糖尿病的研究进展

糖尿病是当前威胁人类健康最主要的疾病之一。近年来，糖尿病的发病率迅猛增长，根据国际糖尿病联盟的研究数据，2019年中国糖尿病患者人数已高达1.164亿。其中2型糖尿病患者最多，约占90%~95%。2型糖尿病严重影响着患者的身心健康，而中医对2型糖尿病的治疗起着十分重要的作用。本文通过收集和整理中医治疗2型糖尿病的资料发现，中医采用内治法、针灸推拿治疗、运动治疗、情志治疗等方法对于2型糖尿病的治疗效果更佳，由此表明中医在治疗该病方面具有明显的优势。现将中医治疗2型糖尿病的现状进行总结。
