Abstract:

本文基于新课标改革与心理健康教育普及的背景,针对高中物理学习难、掌握难的痛点,探讨了积极心理学在物理教学中的应用路径。同时提出在此过程中所会遇到的困难与挑战,并提出本土化改进的方向。本文强调积极心理学并非替代传统教学,而是通过情绪支持与价值观引导,助力“五育并举”目标,为培养兼具科学素养与健康心态的创新人才提供参考。
Based on the reform of the new curriculum standards and the promotion of mental health education, this paper addresses the difficulties of learning and mastering high school physics by exploring the application paths of positive psychology in physics teaching. It also discusses the challenges encountered in this process and proposes directions for localized improvements. The paper emphasizes that positive psychology does not replace traditional teaching but supports the “Five-Education Initiative” through emotional encouragement and value guidance, providing a reference for cultivating innovative talents with both scientific literacy and a healthy mindset.
