喀什古城“体育元素”的调查研究
Investigative Study on “Sports Elements” in the Ancient City of Kashgar

作为丝绸之路上的千年文化瑰宝，喀什古城蕴含丰富的体育文化元素。本研究通过田野调查与文献分析法，以喀什古城体育元素为研究对象，旨在系统梳理其表现形式、功能价值与困境，并提出保护与发展策略。研究发现喀什古城的体育元素以彩绘牛皮手鼓、民族舞蹈、达瓦孜、木陀螺及古城马拉松等为载体，呈现出传统与现代交织的特征。这些元素不仅是维吾尔族文化的重要符号，更在文化传承、社区凝聚与旅游发展中发挥多维功能。基于此，研究提出构建综合性体育文化遗产保护体系、强化体育教育与人才培养体系、促进体育与旅游产业的深度融合等策略。从而为喀什地区非物质文化遗产保护提供理论参考。
As a millennium-old cultural treasure along the Silk Road, the Ancient City of Kashgar harbors rich sports-cultural elements. This study, employing field investigation and literature analysis, takes the sports elements in the Ancient City of Kashgar as the research object. It aims to systematically explore their forms of expression, functional values, and challenges, and to propose strategies for their protection and development. Findings reveal that the sports elements—embodied in painted leather hand drums, ethnic dances, Dawaz (Uyghur tightrope walking), wooden spinning tops, and the Kashgar Ancient City Marathon—demonstrate a dynamic interplay between tradition and modernity. These elements not only serve as vital symbols of Uyghur cultural identity but also play multifaceted roles in cultural transmission, community cohesion, and tourism-driven economic growth. Accordingly, the study advocates three strategic initiatives: 1) establishing an integrated safeguarding framework for sports-cultural heritage, 2) enhancing sports education and professional training systems, and 3) fostering synergistic integration between sports and tourism industries. The research provides theoretical insights for the protection of intangible cultural heritage in the Kashgar region.
