随着中国特色社会主义进入新时代，网络信息技术的飞速发展给高校思想道德教育带来了新的机遇。然而，网络的便捷性与隐蔽性也对大学生的全面发展构成挑战，当前高校在培养学生网络素养方面仍存在问题。为应对这一挑战，新时代背景下，通过完善教育机制，创新教学内容与方法，加强师资培训，并拓展实践环节，以加强大学生网络素养培养，旨在深化和拓展网络思想道德教育内容，帮助大学生形成正确的网络观，为培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人提供有力支持。
As socialism with Chinese characteristics enters a new era, the rapid development of network information technology has brought new opportunities for ideological and moral education in colleges and universities. However, the convenience and hidden nature of the network also pose a challenge to the overall development of college students, and there are still problems in cultivating students’ network literacy in colleges and universities. In order to cope with this challenge, in the context of the new era, the cultivation of college students’ network literacy has been strengthened by improving the education mechanism, innovating the teaching content and methods, strengthening the teacher training, and expanding the practice links, aiming at deepening and expanding the content of the network ideological and moral education and helping college students to form a correct view of the network, so as to provide powerful support for the cultivation of the socialist builders and successors who are all-rounded in development of morality, intelligence, physicality, physicality, and aesthetics.
