城市社区智慧居家养老服务模式优化研究——基于深圳市园岭街道居家养老示范性社区的实践
Research on the Optimization of Smart Home-Based Elderly Care Service Models in Urban Communities —Based on the Practice of the Home-Based Elderly Care Demonstration Community in Yuanling Street, Shenzhen

随着老龄化进程加速，传统养老模式难以满足需求，智慧居家养老应运而生。深圳市福田区园岭街道积极探索该模式，取得一定成效，但也面临服务经济负担重、技术融合不深入、服务内容单一等问题。本文基于马斯洛需求层次理论和福利多元主义理论，分析其困境，提出应创新商业模式，争取补贴资助、优化服务流程；提升技术水平，完善平台功能、升级智能设备；丰富服务内容，增加心理文化服务、加强多方合作等优化路径，以推动智慧居家养老服务发展，提升养老质量。
With the acceleration of the aging process, traditional elderly care models are struggling to meet the growing demand, leading to the emergence of smart home-based elderly care. Yuanling Street in Futian District, Shenzhen, has actively explored this model and achieved some results. However, challenges remain, such as heavy service economic burdens, insufficient integration of technology, and a limited range of services. Based on Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs theory and the theory of welfare pluralism, this paper analyzes these challenges and proposes optimization strategies, including innovating business models, securing subsidies and funding, and streamlining service processes; enhancing technological capabilities, improving platform functions, and upgrading smart devices; enriching service content by adding psychological and cultural services, and strengthening multi-party cooperation. These optimization paths aim to promote the development of smart home-based elderly care services and improve the quality of elderly care.
