破解养老服务难题：构建适应老龄化社会的多元化服务体系
|
Abstract:
随着中国人口老龄化的加速，养老服务需求日益增长，如何构建适应老龄化社会的养老服务体系成为亟待解决的问题。本文通过分析当前养老服务存在的问题，提出了构建以居家养老为基础，社区服务为依托，机构养老为补充的多元化养老服务体系，旨在满足不同层次老年群体的需求，提升养老服务质量。
With the acceleration of China’s aging population and the growing demand for elderly care services, how to build an elderly care service system suitable for the aging society has become an urgent problem to be solved. This article analyzes the current problems in elderly care services and proposes the construction of a diversified elderly care service system based on home-based elderly care, supported by community services, and supplemented by institutional elderly care, aiming to meet the needs of different levels of elderly groups and improve the quality of elderly care services.
