Abstract:

基于社会认同理论,本研究深入剖析AI意识对员工创新行为的影响机制。引入回避型–趋近型工作重塑作为中介变量,数字自我效能感作为调节变量,分析其影响路径。研究为中国企业及职业人士更好地应对未来市场挑战、实现高效且健康的可持续发展提供助力。
Based on social identity theory, this study thoroughly examines the influence mechanism of AI awareness on employees’ innovative behavior. By introducing avoidance-approach job crafting as mediating variables and digital self-efficacy as a moderating variable, the research analyzes the pathways of influence. The findings provide valuable insights for Chinese enterprises and professionals to better address future market challenges and achieve efficient and healthy sustainable development.
