Abstract:

阅读理解作为各类英语大型考试中分值占比最高的单项,是全面评估学生语言综合能力的有效手段。本文以《中国英语能力等级量表》为基准,从文本类型、话题类别、认知能力和内容结构四个维度,对2024年高考英语新课标I卷、新课标II卷以及全国甲卷三套试题的阅读理解部分进行深入分析,旨在总结高考阅读理解的命题特点。基于分析结果,本文进一步探讨英语阅读能力的培养策略,并为高中英语阅读教学提供切实可行的建议,以期为提升学生的阅读能力和教学效果提供理论支持和实践指导。
As the highest-weighted section in major English proficiency tests, reading comprehension serves as an effective means for comprehensive assessment of students’ integrated language proficiency. This study conducts an in-depth analysis of reading comprehension sections from three 2024 National College Entrance Examination (NCEE) English test papers: the New Curriculum Standard Papers I & II and National Paper A, based on the “China’s Standards of English” (CSE). The analysis framework encompasses four dimensions: text types, thematic categories, cognitive abilities, and content structures, aiming to summarize the design features of reading comprehension tasks in China’s national college entrance examination. Building on the analytical findings, this paper explores strategic approaches for cultivating English reading competence and provides practical recommendations for senior high school English reading instruction. The research outcomes offer both theoretical support and practical guidance for enhancing students’ reading proficiency and optimizing teaching effectiveness.
