乡村振兴视域下的劳动性别分工与女性力量
Gender Division of Labor and Female Power from the Perspective of Rural Revitalization

农村妇女一直是农村发展的重要主体和重要力量。文章根据西双版纳傣族自治州城子村的调研资料，基于乡村振兴战略背景，深入分析傣族劳动性别分工产生的社会基础，以及探究傣族家庭化生产对女性力量的影响机制。本研究揭示了乡村振兴战略下傣族村寨家庭化生产对劳动性别分工与家庭关系和谐的意义，以及傣族女性在个体价值实现、基层治理和产业兴旺等方面发挥着积极功能，是乡村振兴不可忽视的主体力量，为促进乡村旅游 + 乡村产业健康可持续发展、推进乡村振兴提供借鉴。
Rural women have always been important subjects and a significant force in rural development. Based on the research data of Chengzi Village in Xishuangbanna Dai Autonomous Prefecture and against the backdrop of the rural revitalization strategy, this article deeply analyzes the social foundation for the gender division of labor among the Dai people and the impact mechanism of the Dai family production on female power. The research reveals the significance of family production in Dai villages for the gender division of labor and the harmony of family relations under the rural revitalization strategy. It also shows that Dai women play a positive role in aspects such as the realization of individual value, grass-roots governance, and the prosperity of industries. They are a main force that cannot be ignored in rural revitalization, providing a reference for promoting the healthy and sustainable development of rural tourism and rural industries and advancing rural revitalization.
