大学生心理健康状况及影响因素研究——以昆明医科大学为例

Abstract:

目的:了解昆明医科大学大学生心理健康状况,为心理健康教育提供参考借鉴。方法:于2024年3月7日至2024年3月10日采用问卷调查进行,通过网络问卷发放回收的方式进行数据收集,对我校52名学生进行调查,与全国常模比较心理健康水平,分析性别、居住地、生活费、生活习惯对心理健康水平的影响,运用多元回归模型预测各因素对心理健康水平的作用。结果:纳入研究的学生焦虑因子得分高于全国常模、大学生常模,抑郁因子得分无明显差异;拥有不同性别、居住地、生活费、生活习惯的学生焦虑与抑郁因子得分无明显差异,不同因素对学生心理健康水平的影响程度不同,结论:昆明医科大学学生群体中存在焦虑症状,生活习惯对于学生心理健康水平影响较明显,提示我们要根据情况制定有效的心理干预措施,开展对应的心理健康教育提高学生心理健康水平。
Objective: To investigate the mental health status of college students in our university and provide references for mental health work. Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted from March 7th, 2024, to March 10th, 2024. Data were collected through online questionnaire distribution and collection. A total of 52 students from our university were surveyed. Their mental health levels were compared with the national norm, and the impacts of gender, residence, living expenses, and lifestyle on mental health levels were analyzed. A multiple regression model was used to predict the effects of various factors on mental health levels. Results: The anxiety factor scores of the students included in the study were higher than the national norm and the college student norm, while there was no significant difference in depression factor scores. There were no significant differences in anxiety and depression factor scores among students with different genders, residences, living expenses, and lifestyle. Different factors had varying degrees of influence on students’ mental health levels. Conclusion: Anxiety symptoms exist among students in our university, and lifestyle habits have a significant impact on students’ mental health levels. This suggests that effective psychological intervention measures should be developed according to the situation to improve students’ mental health levels.
