Abstract:

多光谱图像通常指其频率范围包括紫外(260~400 nm)、可见光(400~700 nm)及近红外(700~1100 nm)等多个波段的图像,其能够提供丰富的防伪特征。多光谱图像从采集到数据分析与检测报告自动生成在实现防伪检测自动化和便捷化方面具有重要的应用价值。针对解决这一问题,本文提出了一种基于Qt框架的多光谱复合防伪图像检测报告生成系统。该系统通过多光谱图像采集模块,获取不同波段的图像信息,然后基于QT的QAxObject接口实现Word文档的内容动态插入与格式调整,从而实现图文信息混排,快速生成检测报告内容,大大缩短了报告生成时间。此外,系统还构建了稳健的模块架构,确保各功能模块之间协同工作,提高了系统的稳定性和可靠性。通过实验测试,该系统在系统响应时间、最短稳定时间指标上达到了16 s、8小时。应用该系统可有效缩短报告撰写时间、节省人力、提高劳动效率。
Multispectral images generally refer to images whose frequency range includes multiple bands such as ultraviolet (260~400 nm), visible light (400~700 nm), and near-infrared (700~1100 nm), and they can provide rich anti-counterfeiting features. From the acquisition of multispectral images to the automatic generation of data analysis and inspection reports, it has important application value in realizing the automation and convenience of anti-counterfeiting detection. To address this issue, this paper proposes a multispectral composite anti-counterfeiting inspection report generation system based on the Qt framework. This system obtains image information in different bands through the multispectral image acquisition module, and then realizes the dynamic insertion of content and format adjustment of Word documents based on the QAxObject interface of QT, to achieve the mixed layout of graphic and text information and quickly generate the content of the inspection report, greatly shortening the report generation time. In addition, the system also constructs a robust module architecture to ensure the collaborative work among various functional modules, improving the stability and reliability of the system. Through experimental tests, the system has achieved 16 seconds for the system response time and 8 hours for the shortest stable time index. The application of this system can effectively shorten the report writing time, save manpower, and improve labor efficiency.
