This paper explores the current situation, opportunities, challenges and paths of high-quality development of snow and ice sports in Seven Hills Ski Resort in Laiyuan County. By analyzing the policy support and market demand, evaluating the infrastructure, event activities, and economic benefits of the Seven Hills Ski Resort, the paper puts forward the strategies based on the regional concurrent development under the guidance of the policy, the four-season operation mode, and the synergistic development of ice and snow sports and culture. Further exploring the theoretical connotation of high-quality development of ice and snow sports from the perspective of sustainable development. By optimizing infrastructure, improving visitor experience and expanding brand influence, Lotus Seven Hills Ski Resort has the potential to realize the high-quality development of ice and snow sports.
