浅析乡村振兴战略下广西农业创新创业人才队伍建设
Exploring the Development of Agricultural Innovation and Entrepreneurship Talent in Guangxi under the Rural Revitalization Strategy

本文以乡村振兴战略为背景，探讨广西农业创新创业人才队伍建设的现状、挑战及对策。通过文献研究和案例分析，剖析广西农业人才队伍的现状及存在的问题，提出了加强农业创新创业人才队伍建设的策略。研究发现，广西农业人才队伍建设面临人才流失、结构不合理、培养机制不完善等挑战。针对这些问题，本文从完善人才培养体系、优化人才引进政策、健全人才激励机制和加强产学研合作等方面提出了对策建议，以期为广西乡村振兴战略的实施提供人才支撑。
This paper delves into the current status, challenges, and countermeasures for the construction of agricultural innovation and entrepreneurship talent teams in Guangxi, against the backdrop of the rural revitalization strategy. Through literature review and case analysis, it focuses on dissecting the present situation and existing issues within Guangxi’s agricultural talent pool, proposing strategies to strengthen the development of agricultural innovation and entrepreneurship talent teams. The study finds that the construction of agricultural talent teams in Guangxi faces challenges such as talent drain, irrational structure, and imperfect training mechanisms. In response to these issues, the paper puts forward suggestions from the perspectives of improving the talent training system, optimizing talent introduction policies, perfecting talent incentive mechanisms, and enhancing industry-university-research cooperation, aiming to provide talent support for the implementation of Guangxi’s rural revitalization strategy.
