文化赋能乡村旅游高质量发展研究——以景洪市勐龙镇为例
Research on the High-Quality Development of Culturally Empowered Rural Tourism—Taking Menglong Town, Jinghong City as an Example

高质量发展始终是全面建设社会主义现代化国家的首要任务。进入新时代，人们对美好生活的向往更加强烈，旅游需求持续增长，乡村旅游魅力凸显，乡村旅游已经发展成为一种新的生活方式。在以文化赋能乡村振兴的大背景下，发展乡村旅游能够充分开发和利用农村资源，实现农村资源的合理配置。以文化赋能乡村旅游能够充分利用文化本身的凝聚力和创造力，激活乡村旅游的核心竞争力，是巩固脱贫攻坚成果、带动农民增收创业的重要途径，有利于打造农村经济发展新动能，实现乡村旅游高质量发展。本研究以推动乡村旅游业高质量发展为目的，以西双版纳州景洪市勐龙镇为研究地域开展深入研究。通过查阅文献等方法了解和发掘当地具有少数民族特色的优势旅游、文化资源，深层次分析当前勐龙镇旅游业发展的优势及现实困境，展望未来的发展机遇，并结合实际为不同层面、不同类型的特色文化赋能勐龙镇乡村旅游提出一些具有一定可行性和针对性的相关构想和建议，期望为勐龙发展高质量旅游业提供一些参考，为实现乡村振兴贡献一份力量。
High-quality development has always been the primary task of comprehensively building a socialist modern country. In the new era, people’s yearning for a better life is stronger, the demand for tourism continues to grow, the charm of rural tourism is highlighted, and rural tourism has developed into a new way of life. Under the background of rural revitalization enabled by culture, the development of rural tourism can fully exploit and utilize rural resources and realize the reasonable allocation of rural resources. Empowering rural tourism with culture can make full use of the cohesion and creativity of culture itself and activate the core competitiveness of rural tourism, which is an important way to consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation, promote farmers’ income and entrepreneurship, and help create new driving forces for rural economic development and achieve high-quality development of rural tourism. In order to promote the high-quality development of rural tourism, this study takes Menglong Town in Jinghong City, Xishuangbanna Prefecture as the research area to carry out in-depth research. Through literature review and other methods to understand and explore local advantageous tourism and cultural resources with minority characteristics, in-depth analysis of the current advantages and realistic difficulties of Menglong Town’s tourism development, looking forward to future development opportunities. Combined with the actual situation to empower rural tourism in Menglong town with different types of characteristic culture at different levels, put forward some feasible and targeted relevant ideas and suggestions, hoping to provide some references for the development of high-quality tourism in Menglong and contribute to the realization of rural revitalization.
